## Reasons For Refusal

Application Ref No: 03/01125/B On Review

1. The proposed dwelling would result in an over-development of a limited site and provide a poor outlook and environment for future occupiers by reason of its location at the rear of Wavecrest and directly adjacent to the Commissioners car park.
2. This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
