(2) All new or replacement roofing must be in dark grey natural slate.
(3) All new or replacement windows must be wooden-framed sliding sashes.
(4) No external signage may be erected or displayed without the prior written approval of the Planning Committee under the Adverts Reje-Lans.
(5) The detailed treatment of the shop/tar-fronts must form the subject of a separate planning application.
(6) All external walls must be finished to match the existing adjoining walls.
(7) The construction of the lift, and in particular the lift pit, must be undertaken so as not to disturb the fabric of the vaulted basement.

This dev't will be subject to a Fire Certificate; there should therefore be consultation with the Fire Safety Dept.
The architect is requested to have regard, in the preparation of working drawings, to the recommendations of the D.A.O., a copy of which is attached to this notice.
