However, the discrepancy (at the rear) is significant only if (a) the culvert / setland/ trees are affected, and/or (b) the land being used by the MEA is not approved for industrial dev't (see 03/427) 7. I think we need an accurate survey of the rear of this site in relation to natural features and proposed/temporary roadworks.
