- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a fence as shown on the location plan, site plan and details on application form.
- Within one month of its erection the fence must be stained dark brown in order to minimise visual impact.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
