Time limit for reserved matters
This approval is in principle only and will remain valid for a period of two years within which time no development may take place until such time as details of the reserved matters (siting, design, external appearance, internal layout, means of access, landscaping) have been approved by the Planning Authority. Such reserved matters should form the subject of a single application.
Design, privacy and parking requirements
The proposed extension must be designed such as (a) to follow the form, style, and detail of the existing building; (b) not to include side windows which would reduce the privacy of the adjacent dwelling; and (c) to retain on site parking space (including the re-positioned garage) for at least two medium-sized cars.
Ancillary occupation only
The proposed granny-flat may be occupied only in association with "Loraldene".
