- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a conservatory in either slimline PVCu or timber as shown in drawing number $874 / 01 / 05$ date stamped the 9th June 2003. Regardless of whether slimline PVCu or timber is used the form and profile of the conservatory must reflect that shown in the approved drawing.
- No approval is granted or should be conferred by this approval for the installation of replacement windows.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
