1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the erection of a conservatory in either slimline PVCu or timber as shown in drawing number $874 / 01 / 05$ date stamped the 9th June 2003. Regardless of whether slimline PVCu or timber is used the form and profile of the conservatory must reflect that shown in the approved drawing.
3. No approval is granted or should be conferred by this approval for the installation of replacement windows.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
