Proposal: Partial cladding of exterior rear elevation at: Victory House Prospect Hill Douglas IM1 1EQ which was considered on 14 August 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -

• the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
• any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
• the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
• any appeal has been completed.

Note 3: Rights of the review of the decision are attached.

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the use of cladding coloured Saffron SC on the Colour Chart date stamped 15th June 2003.
3. Details of the trimming and coping must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee prior to the commencement of any works.
4. Subject to conditions (2) and (3) above, this approval relates to drawings A001 and A002 which are date stamped 19th June 2003.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
