In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Rose Estates

which was considered on 14 August 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the use of cladding coloured Saffron SC on the Colour Chart date stamped 15th June 2003.
3. Details of the trimming and coping must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee prior to the commencement of any works.
4. Subject to conditions (2) and (3) above, this approval relates to drawings A001 and A002 which are date stamped 19th June 2003.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
