Reasons For Refusal
Application Ref No: 03/00650/B
- The proposed extension would, by virtue of its height and proximity, have an adverse impact on the adjacent property to the west (Number 57).
- By filling in the space between the existing building and the boundary, and by establishing a precedent for further similar development, the extension would have an adverse effect on the street scene and on the character of this part of Governors Hill.
- This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
