Dickinson Cruickshank \& Co Proposal: Alterations to front and rear elevations at: $\quad 33$ Athol Street Douglas IM1 1LB which was considered on 14 August 2003, for the reasons set out in the attached schedule.

- The considerable architectural interest and attraction of Athol Street arises, at least in part, from the rhythm of the fenestration; the proposed treatment of Number 33 would lose this rhythm and would not enhance the building.
