## Reasons For Refusal

Application Ref No: 03/00663/B

1. The considerable architectural interest and attraction of Athol Street arises, at least in part, from the rhythm of the fenestration; the proposed treatment of Number 33 would lose this rhythm and would not enhance the building.

NOTE Consultation with the Department's Conservation Officer is recommended.
