Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved drawings
This approval relates to the alteration and extensions of "Ballacottier Farmhouse" as shown in drawings reference 01/1894/B04B received on 29th May, 2003 and 01/1894/BF05 received on 26th January, 2004.
Sliding sash windows
All windows must be sliding sash, irrespective of material.
Roof materials
The roof(s) must be finished in natural slate or a high quality imitation slate which must be approved by the Planning Authority PRIOR to the commencement of works.
Paved areas scheme
Prior to the commencement of works on site, the applicant must have approved by the Planning Committee a scheme showing the extent of paved areas (driveways and roadways) within the site as a whole, indicating the nature of paving material and how agricultural activities will be separated from the residential areas including where necessary, new routes for agricultural machinery where this will no longer be able to pass through and past the residential area.
Tree protection scheme
Prior to the commencement of works on site, the applicant must have approved by the Planning Committee a scheme showing accurately the position of all trees within the development site and measures for their protection during and after the course of construction.
Bird nesting season restriction
Works may not be undertaken on this property within the bird nesting season under the provisions of the Wildlife Act 1990. The advice of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry is recommended in this respect.
