RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT COMPRISING 8 FIRST TIME BUYERS HOUSES AND 6 SHELTERED HOUSNG UNITS, NEW BUS SHELTER, LAYBY AND ASSOCIATED WORKS, LAND AT BALLA CUBBON, COLBY, ARBORY
In accordance with paragraph 8.2 of the above order the person appointed by the Governor in Council to consider this application has submitted his report.
After consideration, the Governor in Council has accepted the recommendations contained in that report and the application is approved subject to the conditions attached to the report.
In accordance with paragraphs 8.3(A) and (B) a copy of the appointed persons report is enclosed.
