- Whist the application has been amended, it is considered that the proposal does not overcome the reasons for refusal in relation to PA 01/2226 namely the proposed dwelling would appear dominant and overpowering when viewed by existing residents and would result in overlooking and a loss of privacy in neighbouring properties.
- This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
