1. Whist the application has been amended, it is considered that the proposal does not overcome the reasons for refusal in relation to PA 01/2226 namely the proposed dwelling would appear dominant and overpowering when viewed by existing residents and would result in overlooking and a loss of privacy in neighbouring properties.
2. This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
