Douglas Borough Council has kindly requested a time extension on the below application in order to give the residents of St Ninians Court the opportunity to review any changes and additional information that has been provided since the original application had been made, after which the Council will consider the application and provide the planning department with our feedback. As the land owner of the site the Council is of the opinion that this is a reasonable request given the circumstances.
