General Policy 2
Requires development to respect site and surroundings in scale, form, design; not adversely affect character of townscape; and comply with Area Plan zoning. The officer noted the site is in Mixed Use Proposals Area - Villa Marina Gateway but focused assessment on Conservation Area impacts, finding the minor window replacement compliant as it preserves character without adverse effects.

Time limit
