Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted Location Plan and Drawing 1132-10B each received on 27th November, 2009 and e-mail from applicant received on 14th January, 2010.
- This approval relates to the installation of obscure glazing (Pilkington Grade 5) to the southern elevation of the sun room and shall be kept and maintained thereafter.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
