Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the relocation of the existing stables and construction of new stabling all as shown in drawings 09-J067-04(0), 09-J067-05(1), 09-J067-06(0), 09-J067-07(1) and 09-J067-08(0) all received on 22nd October, 2009.
- The stables may be used only for the keeping of horses and associated feed and equipment, solely in association with the occupation of Robin Hill Farm and may not be leased, used or sold separately.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
