09/01738 Replace windows and door to rear elevation and front and rear dormer windows, 1 Tynwald Road, Peel. RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL.

09/01739 Replacement white uPVC front door to front elevation., 1 Tynwald Road, Peel. RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL.

09/01740 Replacement uPVC sliding sash windows to front elevation, 1 Tynwald Road, Peel. RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL.

09/01728 Change of use for ground floor from confectionery outlet/shop to sandwich bar, 1 Douglas Street, Peel. RECOMMEND REFUSAL. The Peel Town Commissioners are

of the view that with over 30 café/food outlets in Peel there is no need for a further such outlet.

In addition there is no separate access to and from the upstairs flat. The occupants of the flat and any visitors would have to walk through the sandwich bar, which is deemed unacceptable. I enclose a copy of the objections received by Commissioners to this planning application.
