Name: Mrs Anne Simmons Proposal: Erection of a detached garage and creation of driveway and vehicular access at: $\quad$ Almorah Fistard Road Fistard Port St. Mary Isle of Man IM9 5HF which was considered on 24th November 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a garage and creation of new access and egress all as shown in drawing 64.3.09 and the site and location plans received on 29th September, 2009.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development Order) 2005, no walling or planting may be introduced within the visibility splays shown on the approved drawing, which would obscure the said visibility.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
