Approved plans
This permission relates to the erection of a garage and creation of new access and egress all as shown in drawing 64.3.09 and the site and location plans received on 29th September, 2009.
Visibility splays protection
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development Order) 2005, no walling or planting may be introduced within the visibility splays shown on the approved drawing, which would obscure the said visibility.
