General Policy 2
General Policy 2 from the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007 is relevant to development control. The officer assessed the extension against it, finding no adverse impact on visual amenities due to invisibility from public highway and no harm to residential amenity from the window due to separation distance and trees.
