Drainage Division has no objection subject to conditions on watercourse works and surface water attenuation; Wildlife and Conservation Division has no issues but requests reminder on bird nesting protections; Arbory Parish Commissioners have no comments; G A Clark objects on grounds of misleading site definition and non-agricultural use.

The proposal for a separate dwelling is thus contrary to Planning Circular 1/88 – housing in the countryside.
