Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the installation of timber sliding sash windows to the front and side elevation of 12 Bridge Street, Peel as shown by 00746/1, 00746/2, Photographs $\times 11$ and Details all received 6th May 2009 and Window Drawings and Photographs $\times 3$ all received 28th August 2009.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
