Mr Philip James Challenger Riverside Main Road Kirk Michael In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr Philip James Challenger Proposal: Demolition of existing outbuildings to rear elevation, creation of rear entrance gate and replace rear door with window at: $\quad 35$ Douglas Street Peel Isle Of Man IM5 1BB which was considered on 8th June 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the demolition of existing outbuildings to rear elevation, creation of rear entrance gate and the replacement of a rear door with a window, Douglas Street, Peel as shown by the Location Plan, Site Plan and Photographs all received 1st April 2009.
- The rear entrance gate must on creation be fitted with a solid timber door and retained as such thereafter.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
