Environment Policy 35
Policy requires that within Conservation Areas, development must preserve or enhance the character or appearance of the Area and protect special features. The officer tested the rear yard works, not visible publicly, finding demolition of poor structures improves the situation and alterations are acceptable, thus preserving Conservation Area character with no adverse impact.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This approval relates to the demolition of existing outbuildings to rear elevation, creation of rear entrance gate and the replacement of a rear door with a window, Douglas Street, Peel as shown by the Location Plan, Site Plan and Photographs all received 1st April 2009.
