General Policy 2
General Policy 2 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007 requires development to respect visual amenities and parking standards. The officer assessed the garage conversion and found no adverse impact on streetscene visual amenities. Parking was confirmed adequate with two off-street spaces retained, meeting dwelling standards.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This permission relates to the conversion of an existing garage to provide additional living accommodation as shown in drawing number 090511/1, and photographs 1 and 2 date stamped 8th April 2009.
Materials approval
No facing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.
