Officer assessed the signage meets these as high quality, not detracting from mixed-use retail area with existing signage, and no safety issues raised.

Permits advertisements in Conservation Areas only if they preserve/enhance the area, use appropriate style, traditional materials excluding glossy/reflective, and exclude illuminated box signs. Officer found the acrylic panels with LED illumination appropriate, high quality, not harmful to character, using non-prohibited materials.

The advertisement(s) hereby granted consent shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice. Reason: To avoid the accumulation of unimplemented advertisement consents.
No intermittent lighting
The signs hereby granted consent shall not be lit by an intermittent source. Reason: In the interests of amenity.
