General Policy 2
General Policy 2 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007 is relevant to the determination. The officer assessed the proposal against it, finding no adverse impact on visual amenities due to the rear location and no significant harm to neighbour amenity from overshadowing or loss of light, based on projection (2.4m) and site orientation.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved drawings
This permission relates to the erection of a rear extension as shown in drawing numbers 10318/01, 10318/02 and 10318/04 Rev A date stamped 20th April 2009.
Materials approval
No facing and roofing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.
