General Policy 2
General Policy 2 from the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007 is relevant to the determination. The officer assessed the visual impact of the marginally larger replacement lean-to structure on the dockside. Given its limited visibility from the public highway, it was found not to adversely affect visual amenities, satisfying the policy.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This permission relates to the erection of a lean-to structure to provide a baggage handling facility as shown in drawing numbers PA01, PA02, PA03 and PA04 date stamped 24th April 2009.
