ObjectionThe proposed design of the alterations should be refused, but without prejudice to a design that omits the windows in the west side elevation.; to my knowledge no extension, other than conservatories, have ever been approved to the rear elevation of this model of house.; The widening of the driveway towards No 41 should be refused as detrimental to the existing amenity of neighbours.
Conditions requested: If, however, they are approved there must be a condition that the windows are fitted with obscured glass.; Additionally, windows approved for the upper level should be of a size and be sited in the walls in a manner common to similar windows in other properties that do not overlook the rear of adjoining properties.
