This approval relates to the levelling and restoration of land as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 09 0497/1, 09 0497/2, 09 0497/3 and 09 0497/4 all received on 16th February 2009.
Seeding and maintenance
On completion of the proposed works, any exposed areas are required to be seeded in the earliest seeding season. Any seeding which within 5 years from the completion of the development dies, is removed or becomes seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next seeding season with the same species.
