General Policy 2
General Policy 2 permits development in accordance with land-use zoning provided it meets criteria including no adverse impact on resident amenity or locality character (g), satisfactory access, parking and highway safety (h,i), no prejudice to adjoining land (k), and consideration of safety in design (m).
