Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This approval relates to the alterations and extensions to dwelling with new driveway and vehicular access as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 23/2008/01, 23/2008/02, 23/2008/03, 23/2008/04A, 23/2008/05A, 23/2008/06A, 23/2008/07B, 23/2008/08 and 23/2008/09 all received on 19th January 2009.
Access and hardstanding completion
Prior to the occupation of the dwelling, the new access onto the private road, and the hardstanding to the rear of the dwelling are to be completed in accordance with further details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority.
Approve
Do not oppose subject to the imposition of the following condition: The applicant shall contact the Network Operations Section of the Department of Transport prior to carrying out any works within the highway, including the installation of dropped kerbs.
Lonan Parish Commissioners support the application; a neighbour does not object to the principle but raises amenity concerns; Highways Traffic Engineer notes the road is not adopted without further recommendation.

No ObjectionIn summary my client does not object to the principle of this application but trusts that the details he has referred to above will be taken on board.; That on the east end of this bedroom in particular is sizeable, will be very visible from my client's property and may result in my client being able to see into the dwelling.
