Miss E J Callow,

Dear Miss Callow,
re: Plan NO. 15/00545/B; Erection of a building to form three
stables with feet and bedding store and creation of field
access, Field 214380, Upper Ballacrye, Sandygate, Jurb.
Applicant: John Potts
I have to inform that my Commissioners have now considered the
above proposed development, and wish to make the following
comments/observations.
a. The proposal is for a steel framed building which is unusual
for a stable purpose built building. The usual stable type
buildings are timber buildings.
b. The applicant states that the lane by the side of the property
is a private lane, this cannot be, as there are lands beyond
the lane which the owners will have access over such private
lane.
c. Should the government planners decide to approve the proposed
development, then a condition should be attached that the
proposed stables are not to be converted into agricultural
storage or a dwelling house or living accommodation at any
time in the future.
Yours faithfully,
J J Quayle,
Clerk.
