Hi Helen, Dawn, From the Planning List 10 November and excluding planning applications with suffix ‘CON’ and reconsultations, the following new planning applications have highway related impacts and will be subject to a separate response:

The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:

•  23/01276/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking.
•  23/01277/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking, due to the existing building parking availability on-street and on-site and the use of the site being similar or less than existing in terms of parking demand.
•  23/01283/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking. A S109 highway agreement will be required for the dropped kerb extension works.
•  23/01289/C – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as the proposals are relatively small and the existing access to the site is suitable on a rural low traffic road. The Applicant is advised to provide secure cycle parking storage for the proposals and an EV charging point to aid net zero ambitions.
•  23/01292/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking.
