The statement must include the mitigation recommendations contained in section 5 of the MWT’s Protected Species Report - Tree Inspection for Bats (Chiroptera) dated October 2023 and the eradication measures contained in sections 1.6, 1.7, 1.9 and 1.10 of the MWT’s INNS Management Plan (Technical note) dated October 2023
