Environment Policy 4
Policy ENV4 relates to preserving, maintaining and enhancing ecology and protecting nesting birds and protected species. The CEMP is prepared to satisfy Condition 2 of PA 23/01042/B which requires measures to protect nesting birds, roosting bats and habitats in accordance with ENV4 and ENV5.
