I am directed to advise that the Commissioners considered the above application at their
meeting held on Wednesday 18th February, 2015, and whilst they had no objection
to the
proposal, they made the following observation:-
•
The Applicant has supplied details of opening hours for the proposed bakery, the hours
being 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday.
Should this application be approved. the Commission recommends the inclusion of the
above information as a Condition of any such approval.
I trust that this observation will be brought to the attention orthe Planning Committee. \vhen
considering this application.
