The comment stated;
As a person with gluten intolerance who regularly returns to the Island, I often struggle to find
gluten free produce that doesn't contain preservatives or other chemical additives.
To have a bakery that serves freshly baked bread and cakes would be amazing and greatly
improve my diet which relies solely on what shops import to the Island.
Seeing that celiacs disease is on the rise and more and more people are cutting gluten out of
their diet for other health reasons, there is a huge demand for fresh gluten free produce and I
fully support the opening of
a gluten free bakery in Ramsey.
