General Policy 2
GP2 permits development in accordance with zoning if it respects site/surroundings in scale/form/design, does not adversely affect townscape character or amenity, and provides satisfactory standards. The officer assessed the proposal as compliant, with the slight increase in chiller mass not harming townscape or amenity due to location on modern office roof and equivalence to existing equipment.
