Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans
The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in full accordance with the following plans: Drawing Number 02 (proposed siting, elevations and floor plan) received on 16 July 2013; and Drawing Number 01 Revision A (site location plan) received on 08 August 2013.
Private use only
The dog pen/structure hereby approved shall not be used other than for private purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house and shall not be used for any commercial purposes.
