In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 28th February 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of advertising signage and canopy, as shown in drawing numbers PTA-36-01 and PTA-36-02, in addition to the A4 page of photographs showing details of elliptical or French style canopies, all date stamped 27 January 2011.
- The canopy must be a minimum of 2.3 metres above ground level.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
