General Policy 2

Officer assessed the extension's design as tying in successfully with existing mass/form/detailing (extended mouldings, matching materials, arched glazing echoing existing windows), replacing poor flat-roofed additions in a screened location, thus meeting all criteria with no objection raised.

Time limit
