Conditional No ObjectionThis application meets the current standards and policies with the exception of the driveway of plot 8 where the driveway is 11m long rather than 12m.; The estate roads are mostly 4.8m with a short section 3m wide serving plots 11 – 13. The turning area indicated will permit a refuse vehicle to turn.; Even with the 7 houses that have approval on the land between this site and the public road the development meets the standards set out in Manx Roads.
Conditions requested: 12m driveway should be provided to prevent any risk of a vehicle overhanging the shared surface
