General Policy 2
GP2 permits development in accordance with land use zoning and Area Plan if it respects siting, scale, design, amenity, access, parking, road safety and other criteria. The officer assessed the proposal against all relevant tests including no adverse effect on amenity, road safety, traffic flows or character, and found it compliant as it enhances facilities in a Mixed Use area without impacting parking or access.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans
This permission relates to the alterations to the access, loading bay and cash machine all as shown in drawings 01, 02, 03, 11 and 12 all received on 17th January, 2011.
