The officer tested the brushed stainless steel signs and vinyl graphics against these criteria, finding them non-intrusive, well-related to the office building, adding interest without harm, and with no highway issues raised by consultees.

The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
