General Policy 2
General Policy 2 from the adopted Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007, paragraph 8.12.1, is considered relevant. The officer assessed the minor garage conversion against it, finding the front elevation alterations would match the existing dwelling with no adverse effect on streetscene visual amenities. Parking for two vehicles remained sufficient, avoiding highway safety harm.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
